Creating a Birth List
Bonbon supports you in creating your personal birth list, taking into account your wishes and needs. To ensure we have time to advise you as best as possible, we ask that you request an appointment with us. You can do this in our store, by phone (+32 87 76 44 04), or by email.
Consultations are usually held at our store in Eupen so that you can view the items in person or select them from catalogs. If you are unable to visit us, we can also come to your home. We have very flexible appointment scheduling. We recommend that parents book an appointment with us from the fifth month of pregnancy onwards.
Creating a Quick List
Future parents who do not want an appointment or would prefer a spontaneous list can select our in-stock items for their birth list on-site.We will, of course, make these available both online and in-store.
For detailed advice, however, we recommend that you book an appointment.
Managing the Birth List
Once the birth list has been finalized by the parents and Bonbon, it can be viewed with the individually listed items on our website.
A personalized address or link will also be created for you, which can be included on the birth announcement. This allows people to order directly online and pick up the gift at the store, or, if necessary, have it deposited for the parents-to-be at our store.
The list is managed and updated daily by the Bonbon team. You will be notified immediately via email as soon as an item from your list has been ordered online. As a rule, the list is closed two months after the birth, with the parents' consent.
Benefits
A birth list at Bonbon also offers you benefits: After closing the list, you will receive a voucher for 10% of the total amount of the sold items (minimum 500€). This voucher has no expiration date. There is no obligation to purchase items that have not been sold and remain (except for items considered priority, such as strollers, furniture, and personalized or specially ordered items exceeding a certain amount, as well as clothing).

Baby Registry

Items that have not been purchased remain at the store (with some exceptions: strollers, furniture, personalized items, and clothing).
You can purchase items from the gift registry in two ways, depending on your preference:
- Online: The registry is fully accessible via the website. Your friends and family can view the items, order, and pay directly in a few clicks. They then choose the collection method
- In our physical store: Your loved ones can visit the store directly and purchase the item on-site. The item is then immediately removed from the available registry and reserved for the parents.

→ Yes, you can request changes by email. We review them on a case-by-case basis.
