Bonbon Conceptstore: A constantly evolving success story!
It is with a certain nostalgia that we look back at our beginnings, when on December 1, 2012, we opened the doors of our Bonbon Conceptstore in Eupen for the first time. Since then, our boutique has become a true reference in the German-speaking region for toys, fashion, birth gifts, and accessories for babies and children.
The year 2013 marked an important milestone with the launch of our online store, which brings together all the collections available in-store and allows our customers to order and have items delivered to their homes, in Belgium and abroad.
In September 2015, we decided to expand our collections and offer the creation of birth lists featuring some of the most beautiful childcare brands. This diversification was a resounding success and helped strengthen our position in the market.
The year 2016 was marked by the arrival of our first employee, Nadia, who joined us on this exciting adventure. Her energy and professionalism have been a real asset to Bonbon Conceptstore.
After 10 years of success and growth, we reached a new milestone in 2022. Bonbon moved and expanded into a new 150m2 space located at 9 rue du Couvent, 4700 Eupen.
The team has also grown with the arrival of Béa Nuro & Annick, enthusiastic and dedicated team members. The next chapter of the Bonbon adventure is already looking full of challenges and great achievements.
But if we have experienced such a beautiful evolution, it is also (and above all) thanks to you and your support. Baby Registry
→ Starting from the 5th month of pregnancy, you can schedule an appointment to create your baby gift registry in-store.
→ It takes place directly in-store so that you can see and touch the items before adding them to your list.
Our team provides professional and personalized advice, according to your needs and preferences.
→ This is a quick option for creating a baby registry without a prior appointment.
It is limited to items currently in stock at the store.

Items that have not been purchased remain at the store (with some exceptions: strollers, furniture, personalized items, and clothing).
You can purchase items from the gift registry in two ways, depending on your preference:
- Online: The registry is fully accessible via the website. Your friends and family can view the items, order, and pay directly in a few clicks. They then choose the collection method
- In our physical store: Your loved ones can visit the store directly and purchase the item on-site. The item is then immediately removed from the available registry and reserved for the parents.
→ Two options: the gift can be picked up at the store by the person giving it, or left at the store for the parents to pick up themselves.
→ Yes, you can request changes by email. We review them on a case-by-case basis.
→ Generally 2 months after delivery, with your consent.
You will then receive a 10% voucher calculated on the total of the items gifted.
