Here is a series of questions to answer most of your questions about our online shop. 

If you can't find the answer to your question, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as Maestro/Bancontact debit cards. We use the Stripe online payment service, which offers 100% secure payment for Visa and Mastercard transactions, and Mollie for Maestro/Bancontact transactions. 

 What are the delivery terms? 

Deliveries are made within 2 to 3 working days in Belgium for items in stock.

Parcels are protected in cardboard packaging, marked fragile for delicate items. They are picked up from our warehouse by the professional transport company DPD for both Belgium and international shipments.
For orders placed before 5pm, your order will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery to your home address in Belgium within 48 hours at the latest.
Postage costs in Belgium are €8.00 for light items weighing less than 20kg.

For larger parcels, €16 postage will be charged. Packages are insured against loss, damage and theft. 

 What happens if I'm not at home?

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the DPD driver will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox. This will contain the DPD carrier's contact details. All you have to do is contact them to arrange a new delivery. If you don't contact them again via the delivery notice, DPD will automatically try twice. If, after three attempts, delivery has not been successful, the parcel will be returned to us.

 

How can I track my delivery?

Yes, at the end of the day, we send the tracking number of the parcel(s) to the customer's email address (given when the order was placed). This information will help you locate your parcel. The number will be inserted on the DPD carrier's website.

 

I live in France, do you also deliver to my country?

International orders can also be delivered within 3 to 5 days, depending on the country. If you would like more information on this subject, please contact us. We'll be happy to offer you a delivery service adapted to your country.

 

Are pick-ups possible?

Yes, you can place your order via our website and collect your item(s) from the Bonbon Conceptstore in Eupen. When placing your order, simply mention this in the second step of the shopping basket. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to let you know.

 

What are the delivery times for items not in stock? 

The replenishment time depends on the brand's restocking. In case of doubt, you can always ask us for details. If you have ordered one or more items that are not available from stock, as soon as we receive these items in our warehouse, we will dispatch them without delay to the delivery address given.
If you have ordered one item that is in stock and another that is out of stock, we will ship your entire order as soon as we receive the missing item.

 

What happens if I don't like the item?

At Bonbon, we always try to provide clear and precise information to avoid disappointing our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your order (disappointed customers are very rare ;-) ), you have 14 days to retract after delivery of the item(s). The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense and the item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the item(s), reimbursement will be made immediately to the customer's bank account.

 

Bonbon is also a store?

Yes, the Bonbon Conceptstore adventure began with a physical store in Eupen, Klosterstrasse 9 4700 Eupen Belgium. In the photos on the About us page, you can even see a few pictures. 

What are the store opening hours?

Bonbon Conceptstore is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, without interruption. We also open on certain Sundays of the year, during holiday periods or open houses. For more info on upcoming special opening days, visit our Facebook page.

 

Do you hold sales?

Yes, the annual sales are divided into two periods: summer and winter. The summer sales run from July 1 to 31, and the winter sales from January 3 to 31. During these periods, a selection of items is offered at reduced prices. For great bargains, we also have our outlet selection, which offers in-stock and clearance items at attractive prices all year round.
