1. Cook with gentle steam
This cooking method preserves the nutritional benefits of food, as well as its taste and aromatic qualities, thanks to the unique system of steam modulation during the heating cycle. Baby food can be cooked in less than 20 minutes.
2. Blend, grind, chop
With its new double-angled stainless steel blade, it's easy to obtain different textures, simply by adjusting the number of pulses and incorporating more or less cooking juices. The double level also ensures that food doesn't get stuck during blending. This new blade is patented and manufactured by Sabatier Diamant. A high-end kitchen cutler in Thiers, it is the benchmark for professional knives for chefs and butchers.
3. Steam defrost
Steam defrosting does not alter the taste of the food. Simply place the food directly into the steam basket and start the heating cycle.
